The Great North Run

[smooth=id:2;] At Gavin Taylor Hair we like to do our bit by raising money for local charities,  this time it was for Loros which is a hospice that takes care of terminally ill people. Our challenge was to run the Great North Run which is 13 miles. Lots of training was needed so I drafted in the help of my brother Stefan who is a personal trainer and he gave me all the help I needed to complete this daunting challenge. We completed it and my time was 1hr 56mins and Stefan’s was 1hr 40mins so not too bad at all. I raised over £300 for Loros and hope we can continue to raise money for much needed charities alike.
