cancellation policy

Please could all clients notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment should you need to cancel or rearrange. Failure to notify of cancellation will result in a 50% charge of pre-booked services. I do realise that the occasional “real life” occurrence does happen and can intrude on previously-laid plans. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as our other clients. Thank you for your understanding.
